Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability — just contact us in advance and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

There is no reception desk — that's part of what makes Appartamento N different. After your booking is confirmed, you'll receive full check-in instructions including key access details directly from us. The process is simple and you'll never have to wait in a queue.

Parking is available on request. Piața Unirii is in the city centre, so we recommend contacting us before arrival and we'll provide you with the best parking options available for your stay. There is also one dedicated parking space for Appartamento N guests, but also any of the parking spaces in front of Hotel Astoria (around the triangular green space) are public parking spots.

Absolutely. Booking directly through our website is secure, and payments are processed through Stripe — the same technology used by major platforms worldwide. You'll receive a booking confirmation immediately and can reach us directly at any point before or during your stay.

Yes — all four apartments are designed with couples in mind. From the four-poster canopy bed and freestanding soaking tub in N°27 to the panoramic views and translucent bath in N°35, each space is crafted for an intimate, cozy space of N28 also makes for a great private experience.

All apartments are located at Str. Piața Unirii Nr. 2, in the very heart of Iași city centre. You're within walking distance of the city's best restaurants, cafés, cultural landmarks, and shopping. The airport is approximately 5km away, and the main train station is 1.7km away. If arriving by taxi, ask to be dropped off at Astoria Hotel parking space.

Each apartment has its own distinct identity. N°27 is the most dramatic — dark tones, four-poster canopy bed, and a freestanding soaking tub. N°35 is the most light-filled and heritage-rich, with original crown molding, herringbone parquet, and a translucent sculptural bath with city views. N°28A and N°28B share the same minimalist Scandinavian-influenced design with matte grey bathrooms and a niche wardrobe — N°28B is larger and has a deeper, moodier atmosphere. All four are on Piața Unirii.

Unfortunately, pets are not permitted in any of the Appartamento N properties. This policy is in place to maintain the quality and condition of the interiors for all guests.

Smoking is not permitted inside any of the apartments. This applies to cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking products. We appreciate your understanding in keeping these spaces fresh and pleasant for every guest.

Yes, high-speed WiFi is included in all apartments at no extra cost. It's fast enough for streaming, video calls, and remote work without any issues.

Very much so. Appartamento N was designed specifically with this in mind. We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, processed securely through Stripe. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also accepted. Full payment is required at the time of booking.

Yes. All apartments are stocked with hotel-quality bedding, pillows, and fresh towels. Premium bathroom amenities are also provided — you don't need to bring anything except your clothes and your plans for the city.

There is no mandatory minimum stay — one-night bookings are accepted. That said, most guests find that two or more nights gives them enough time to truly settle in and enjoy both the apartment and everything Iași's city centre has to offer.
